Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted. Products ordered during holidays (12/10/2025 and 01/10/2026) have return window of 25 days.
2. Product Condition
To qualify for a return, the product must be in unused condition, with no more than 5% of the product used.
3. Original Packaging
All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, free gift items, manuals, tags, or protective materials.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
7. Exchanges
We accept exchange of goods too. The exchange should be requested within 14 days of product delivery. The conditions of the product for exchange are the same as mentioned above in point (2) and point (3).
8. Restocking fee
There is no restocking fee.
If you have any concerns about the product, you can write to us at ask@parfumca.ca. We will do our best to find a solution to your problem.
The product should be shipped back to us in its original packaging and should contain at least 95% of the volume you purchased. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY RETURN PACKAGES THAT MAY BECOME LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PROOF OF POSTAGE AND/OR RETURN TRACKING NUMBER WHEN SHIPPING BACK YOUR RETURNS.
